11/22/04 A cruiser reports: River Road (M-13) at Veterans Park, between Saginaw and Bay City. Very cruisy at night in parking lot and along river bank.

I used to goto this park in a mini skirt and heels until my parents moved us. its wher it all started for me. I still go there at least once amonth. Its mostly older men which i love but htere are cops occsionally.
