Where exactly

Northeast. From Blyth or A19, head towards Bedlington; just before the town you drive down a steep bank and the park and toilets are on the left. Ample parking.

When to go

Closes around 16:30 Best times: Afternoons, lunchtime.

Etiquette

Park busy weekends and holidays, other times it's guys wanting fun. Park at the top end of the car park and stay in your car to see what heppens or nip into the cottage to see if anyone is lurking about.

Big Sign on Entrance says it is under video survielance but no sign of any camera's Police have been known to sit in car park
