Dongan Department Store

By subway, get off at Wangfujing Station and head north or from The Forbidden City, walk east about two blocks past The Grand Hotel to the same corner (Wangfujing and Jainguomennei). Facing north looking down Wangfujing, The Beijing Hotel is on the left and the Bank of China on the right near the Mega-mall called Xindongan Plaza. After the bank this becomes a "pedestrianised street". Continue along until you see the Dongan Dept. Store on your left. The toilets here are very active and although I don't read Chinese the picture grafitti was explicit. There seems to be a lot of traffic between the toilets here and those at the mega-mall down the street.

• Hours:whenever open...this area is always busy and is a favorite haunt of both locals and tourists as there is a lot of shopping..the foreign book store and plenty of upscale restaurants..if you're lucky you too may score in the can next to Tony Roma's at Xindongan Plaza.

• Cruising Info/ Tips:The usual applies...many young Asian men are keen to look at caucasian ..even if they are straight.
