Where exactly
When you approach Telegraph and Bancroft, you walk on campus, going through the famous Sather's Gate, walk straight past about 3 buildings, and on your right hand side, you will see stairs leading to the front of Doe; the restroom is located next to room 308, on the third floor.

Best hours around there are between 11am - 5pm
Etiquette
Restroom does not have heavy foot traffic, but there are a constant streams of guys coming in and out. If you get there and there is no one there, hang out for awhile and you will have traffic.
Safety
Try to keep any noise down, the quieter it is, the more attention it attracts. Under and same activity is most common.
