Lunch is quiet. After work is pretty cruisy.
Etiquette
Make eye contact when working out, then head for the sauna/steamroom. The str8 guys rarely go in there.

Had a hot time after 6 pm when I was there. Plenty of hot guys looking for group action. Love it when the light is off, pumped up guys in there sweating, and then everyone strokes1 This is the WSC Bethesda South
