Surprised this hasn't been mentioned before; the area between Bromsgrove St, Henstead St, Kent St and Hurst St is a cruising area within itself. It is in the gay village and close to many gay bars and after a night out many guys will wander round this block. It has also become a regular haunt for rent boys.

Eye contact, look out for guys cruising in cars who will drive round and round and may indicate for you to join them.

Occasional police patroling. Beware of using the rear of the motor dealers in Wrentham St as they have cameras and will tell you to leave via loudspeaker! And remember - not everyone walking round there is cruising so be careful or you may be cruising for a bruising!!
