From j7m6 head towards Birmingham, turn left at first traffic lights on to the Queslett Road. At the first roundabout turn right on to Aldridge Raod, then first left on to Shady Lane. Gym is half a mile on the left

9-10PM Fri, Sat, Sun

Etiquette

Make eye contact in the gym - free weights area. Follow up in the changing room/showers/steam room/sauna. Lots of good looking, str8 muscle boys who are willing to play if they think they will not get caught. Having made contact head to the toilet in the changing room or the disabled toilets.

Nudity: Only in the cjanging room/showers. Sauna and steam room are mixed
