LA Fitness Sutton Coldfield

Mixed members only gym in the suburb of Erdington close to the border with Sutton Coldfield. Large mens changing area with well placed mirrors. Pool area is mixed gender as are steam room, sauna and spa. Not Birmingham's greatest cruising spot, but it does seem to go on here if you spot the right guy.

When to go

Cruising does not seem to be time dependent. Gym open 6.30 - 10pm (mon - fri) and 8 - 7pm (weekends)

Etiquette

Eye contact in pool/sauna/steam area. Touching in spa. Open curtains in showers.

Nudity: Nudity in changing rooms and showers

Safety

Be very discreet, this is not a gay only gym.
