Where exactly

Turn off Ipswich Motorway at Redbank. You need to end up on the Brisbane river side of the highway. Go past hotels and railway station to the roundabout and take the second exit. Bingo you're there.

When to go

All times. Gates get locked 7ish but there is a small entrance gate left open you can enter through. Best times: Workers during the day and a mixed bag in the evening.

Etiquette

The toilet block isn't the place. Park car and take a walk, you will see the guys and just follow them into the bush.
