Open most days from noon until 22h. Best times for cruising are Monday through Wednesday nights from 18h to 20h.
Etiquette
The steam room is coed, so not much goes on there. Upstairs, there is a sauna which is men only. At times, it can get very cruisy with people flaunting their dicks, stroking, etc. Other times, it can be completely dead. You've got to get lucky with the right people.
Nudity: Upstairs sauna is generally nude. This is a coed gym, so be very careful and discreet.
Safety
In the sauna, listen for the sound of someone coming down the hallway. Also, the few people who wear swimsuits in the sauna are generally Muslim and don't really appreciate an open display of stroking.
