Where exactly

Exit M25 at junction 7 on M23 headed south and sign posted to Brighton. Proceed south and exit of Crawley, sign posted Cuckfield Village and Burgess Hill (A272). At roundabout at Ansty (Ansty Cross public house and garage opposite you) take the right turn, again sign posted Burgess Hill (B2036). Follow signs for Burgess Hill across two roundabouts along Fairplace Hill and London Road. Industrial Estate will be sign posted. Straight across mini roundabout, following is St Johns Park
