It's a fair sized parking lot on top of nose hill. Take Shaganappi Trail west from Country Hills blvd, or east from John Laurie. Cross street: On Shaganappi Trail at Top of Nose Hill

The washrooms here never seem to close. I went there at 11:30 last night, and it was open.
