Mill Race Park is the site of various concerts and music festivals (including the Mill Race Folk Festival) within the stone amphitheatre, built within the ruins of the old Dickson Textile Mill. It features an excavated "raceway" or canal which once powered the mill.

This park has lots of cruising ground and has access to the river/dock level. There are several places to have some fun in privacy.

The Park is located on the corner of Park Hill Road/Water St. N.
  • Hours:9pm - 12am Mon-Fri
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Mix of young and old. Pick one of the many areas of the park to have fun. Some areas are more well lit than others.
  • Nudity / Policy:This is a public park so standard cruising rules apply.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Accessible to most areas.
  • Warnings:Downtown is pretty secure with the bike patrol and policing. The odds are higher of running into the bike patrol than into the police. Presence is increased dramatically for Special Events/Concerts.
