Where exactly
The Gym can be found just a few miles off 29 North or South when you take the business route. It is located at 201 Southgate Shopping Ctr Culpeper, VA 22701. The Gym is on the end of the shopping Center and you can not miss the big Golds Gym sign.
When to go
M-Th 5am-10pm F 5am-8pm Sa 9am-6pm Su 10am-5pm Action happens at night after 7 or 8 before close during the week. I could happen anytime on weekends.
Etiquette
The sauna is in back after the showers. It's a mix of young guys and old. The best times appears to be late nights after 7 or 8 before close when nothing but the really serious muscle is working out. There is mostly looking going on.
Nudity: The sauna is hot so be nude but bring a towel to sit on. The folks in this gym are friendly so good conversation may not mean action is coming but it might. The sauna is never really packed.
