Where exactly
From I-64 - Take I-64 west to exit 118B to Charlottesville. Take I-64 east to 250 east to Charlottesville Fashion Square. Cross Street: The restrooms are just inside the entrance on the East (back) side of the store.
Cruisiest spot: Go the back stall and wait for someone to go into the one next to it. Use common sense and wait for the foot tap.
