The guide
Where exactly
Take I81 to exit 118, second exit. You will then be on rt 460 take 2nd exit. At the second stoplight take a right. Once on that road go to the second stoplight again, once there take a left, that will be Merrimac rd. If you miss the turn, stay straight until you get to the fourth stoplight (right past Montgomery Regional Hospital) take a left there and that will be Hightop rd. Follow it till it meets Merrimac rd. Cross street: Cross between Merrimac rd. and Hightop rd

Anytime, I've been there from as early as 7 in the morning, to 4am.

Etiquette
Bridges all throughout the Trail, so very easily go under them to disappear.
Nudity: If going to be nude, just be aware that this is a public place, and people are there to exercise.
