Early morning until evening. Best times: Between 12 noon and 3 pm.
Etiquette
Just peek through hole when someone comes into adjoining and see if they are hard or stroking .
Safety
Watch for certain staff members who frequent the restroom to stop cruising and halt through the hole. Do not stay too long in the restroom or linger outside too often, as these are signs to the College Staff that something is happening...also, clean up your mess---do not leave and tissue all over the floor, walls, etc.
