the mall is on hall rd just east of garfield -- you can also enter from garfield by using DOVE ST. on the east side of garfield just before you reach hall rd (before english gardens)
When to go
the evening hours really slow down here(it's an outdoor mall) usually guys hanging around the mens room or inside looking for action.

just cruise around the men's room...believe me someone will show up...a sales guy from parision came in and gave me FANTASTIC head
