Where exactly

take Hwy 57 to just before the dam (just after the dam if you're headed south on Hwy 128) You can't miss the big sign for the park and the road goes all the way back to the boat ramp. ("The Circle" is just before the boat ramp parking lot, on the left, by the river.)

Cruisiest spot: the restroom by the boat ramp in back has the best warning. the bathroom in the circle has no windows at eye level, so you never know if someone is coming or not
