Its really quiet on the top floor so people are unlikey to see anything. There is a peep hole to see . You can go in each others cubicles for serious fun. Have your bluetooth on.

If you don't know you can ask for directions to University. Its well sign posted from the main university and all over campus, its very easy to find.

Etiquette

Go to toilets on the top floor and the end cubicles have peep holes. If someone is in and has been in a while chances are they are cruising, tap your foot under the door to signal or write on toilet roll and pass it under the door, or have your bluetooth on.
