Park in the pull off area and walk toward the trail to your right (with your back toward the ACI). Head down trail alongside the river and Rt95 and you will find many private areas and many willing participants.

Park in the truck pull off at the end of Kenney Dr. (off of Pontiac) at the back of the Howard Industrial Park. (The one where NBC10 is located)

Anytime, but especially busy mid day.
