Coming from 97 towards Annapolis, take the Route 3 exit towards Bowie. There is a Shopping center on the left hand side with a couple shops, a K-mart, and a grocery store. The parking lot behind the K-mart and Grocery store. Park and wait... Cross street: Route 3

Cruisiest spot: Along the tree line where the dumpsters are between the 2 stores...
