Where exactly

Normally, the only entrances that are open are on court street. There is one in the middle of the grounds and another at the intersection of Court St. and Greenwood Ave.

When to go

The grounds are open from sunrise to sunset.

Etiquette

The crusiest area would be in the restroom located near the horse arena. The door is very noisy and when entering, a person has to turn a corner before seeing anything, giving plenty of warning. Most of the urinals have dividers between them except two and there are three s.

Nudity: No nudity allowed, this is a public location.

Safety

Probably wouldn't suggest cruising during the fair because it can become busy but at other times there is little traffic.
