From Dagenham East Station take the left and follow the road down, Gold's Gym is the big builing on the left, you can't miss it.
When to go
Evenings are the best times, although it can be busy, if you're arranging a meet, best off to meet someone there when it's quieter in the day.
Etiquette
Cruise in the locker rooms/changing rooms, also has a steam room and sauna... make eye contact then go into the showers/toilets.
