Where exactly
Seabreeze Blvd, one-way street now -- as causeway goes over bridge, bear left (Diplomate Drive) side, road under bridge.
Cruisiest spot: Boat launch areas under the bridge have spots for those that wish to enjoy the great outdoors. Mostly car cruisers the night I was there. I suspect some men are going into the boat launch areas where there is more cover for some wilder stuff.
When to go
Nighttime (later on weekends). Best times: Weekends, although a friend says he's gotten some action during the week. Dates open: Nighttime (later on weekends).
Etiquette
Those parked 'fireman style' on the river, in Dipolomate Center parking lot are looking; others seen standing on pier are, as well.
Nudity: Yes / Partial, the time I was -- I guess more in other spots.
Safety
It is Daytona Beach -- the police are always on the prowl for cruising. No witnesses the time I was there, but blow buddy told me cops cruise around boat launches every so often.

went last night around 1am. Must be Tower drive as no sign of d Diplomat Rd. No one there. When is Other place open?

Is Daytona still that slow for cruising? What's up with that? Boys should take back the night and do what you want in private... Hope to see lots of action in March. Are there any bars left for guys 20-40 with dancefloor? Thanks!

Tried to find Diplomate Drive. Must have been changed to Tower Drive. Could find no action at all going on, stopping three diferent times.

I've been there many many times and never seen anyone. Have been fri, sat, and different times during the week and nothing.If people are going they are staying out of sight.
