Was there Sat night....watched the monitor . seen the police , said police, almost to late,,,no arrests and no tickets..guys open your mouth when you see them..almost to late,,2 guys going at it almost got caught...jail time on those 2...went to Romantix,,now I feel much better no hassles there and great service

This place has gone downhill. It is a pig sty. And the Adams County Sheriff's Department is determined to shut it down by arresting as many people as they can. They raid the place at least once to twice a week and always take out one or two people. it is time to find another place to play.

@Rango444 I was the one,and honestly, the management wasnt much of a help, and ended up letting the DA lead him into saying it was a discount card, not a membership card. so yeah, i got found guilty. I Cannot recommend ever going there again. It is not worth it

So what's up with the "private club"? The Circus used to give a "membership card" to the "Federal Video Club" with every ticket for admission. But the last few times I have gone, no private club membership card. Did they get caught up in someone trying to defend themselves from a criminal charge by claiming their activity was not "public" and now they're backing off and depriving any unfortunate soul charged by the Adams County Sheriff's Dept. with even that argument?

Unfortunately, I would avoid this place now. My boyfriend just got put on a years probation and 60 hours of community service with the judge yelling he wanted to throw him in jail for at least 30 days. His charge - indecent exposure. The cop said he was masterbating, and even though he couldn't give any details that would prove it, the jury believed him.

I went last Saturday afternoon, and everyone was just sitting there watching the screen. No action at all. They may just as well have been watching a Lifetime movie. When I left, I saw the police parked across the street. Don't they have anything better to do???

Hey guys, I received the following in an email: "the Adams police dept came in late tues nite, not really a raid just a walk-- in they didn't bother anyone or arrest anyone*** this time*** someone in the theater spoke up when they saw them coming in so everyone was ALERTED." What is happening to the people who are ticketed or arrested. Are they taken to jail and required to post bond? Is anyone contesting these charges, for example, on the grounds that a "membership" to a private club is issued with each ticket or on entrapment grounds? Hopefully, something can be done to stop this police harassment.

yes epat,,, we were inside when they busted a guy about 9 ish (I think) I have been going to this place for close to 20 years and have never seen this happen.. I have heard that because this is in unincoorporated (sp) adams county that there is not the "same" threat of police activity as say Denver. I guess once in twenty years isnt too bad... but what does this hold for the future...

busy night for the cops Friday night. They set up a comand center in the trailer park next to the Circus and had spoters in the theaters. they arrested quite a few people

It is 11 am, Sunday, I plan on Crusing the DNC, then the Ball Game. I met some DNCers, and all wanted to see gay Denver. Thought I'd swing by after 6 pm today. Bar and Party People, all professionals, Accounts and all 2 are 34 and 1 is 40 and in great shape. The Westin is the place to play so they say. Hope to see you tonight after six and before eight. "B"
