As you drive towards town from the eastern docks there is a large travel lodge on your left hand side, turn left just after the lights and it is located on your left.

Either do the stand at the bit or go into one of the cubicles and pt your foot under the wall.
Safety
Cleaners and dirty old guys who wont take no for an answer. Cleaners come fairly often and get a lot of kids hanging around outside in gangs. The police have also been known to check this place.
