Off-season is the best time for encounters with straight and bi types. It can really sizzle. I've seen it many times when there were literally HUNDREDS of people having all over the dunes.

Where exactly

Route 27 to Cross Highway, make right to Further Lane, quick right and left, onto Two Mile Hollow Road, and drive strait down to the beach, approximately 1/4 mile. Cross street: Further Lane

When to go

Summertime, I guess.

Etiquette

Not only the parking lot, but the whole beach stretching on for 1/4 mile in each direction, and a huge complex of sand dunes.

Nudity: Yes / I've walked the beach for hours completely nude.

Safety

Watch out for ticks. East Hampton is a major hot spot for Lyme Disease and other tick-borne infections. 07/16/03 Major problems with local residents and police
