Where exactly
1. Head east on CA-12 E toward Pennsylvania Ave. 2. Take departure 58B for Civic Center Blvd toward Suisun City/ Main Road. 3. Maintain right at the fork, follow signs for Downtown and merge onto Lotz Means. 4. Turn left onto Main St. 5. Turn left onto Solano St. 6. Take the first right onto Kellogg St. Destination will get on the left. You will certainly see the car park ramp and launch location, just past the watercrafts sales backyard.
When to go
Lunch time or 4:30 - 6:00 pm on weekdays, and on the weekends, just about any time through the day.
Etiquette
The best bet is to park over by the bathroom or picnic tables and just sit in your car. There you will eventually see someone checking you out, if they're looking also, or maybe sit on one of the picnic tables closest to the little pier where you fish. When you think you have a hook-up going on, take a walk out back on the marsh trail and you will find a spot out back that's private.
