Fridley Police: Did you like me waving the finger at you tonight as I drove by? You can't be everywhere all the time, so I got my rocks off at one of the 8 other cruising places in your little burg. Nice try and thanks for wasting gas with that big SUV public safety vehicle.

I try to go there Thursday evenings and Saturday or Sunday mornings and take a walk around, then read at one of the picnic tables. It has lots of potential.
