Where exactly

Take a bus (Nishitetsu bus) to the Sumiyoshi stop. You will find Nishi Nihon Bank. Take the road to the right of the bank. Walk about eight blocks (half mile or so), you will find a convenience store (Niko Mart) on the left. Turn left on the next alley. You will see a white sign for 'Hisen Kaikan' (in four kanji) on your right.

Open 24 hours, closed Monday. Best times: Late evenings and weekends.
