The guide

Where exactly

From the Harbor Freeway, exit Redondo Beach Blvd and head toward the Beach. It will be on the south side of the street after Target. From El Camino College, it will be on the right hand side. Cross street: Between Crenshaw and Van Ness

When to go

Usually 7am to 4pm. Vendors start leaving as early as 2pm, but thats when the restrooms are usually more quiet! Best times: First thing in the morning or late afternoon. Otherwise the restrooms are BUSY!

Etiquette

If they are covered up with tissue, wait til the person leaves and the moment they do, take the tissue down, it wont be replaced right away! Cant miss it!

Safety

I have seen the occasional OLD guy want to see some . Also those that are so , they stick thier through the hole no matter how many are outside the waiting. I hate that! Just be discreet. Thats all I can say, I have never had a problem here, the holes have been here a while, lets not mess it up!
