Where exactly
go to light number 10 and turn left, park on river road or in family inn's parking lot and walk toward bridge, don't be stupid, and do things on the bridge, most go elsewhere. don;t park in bearskin motel, they will tow you!
Cruisiest spot: walk between the family inns and the bearskin motel looking the way the river flows.
When to go
