About

Come join us for a night of high-energy dance music with Birmingham's friendliest bears! We'll have a meet-and-greet happy hour for the first hour, and then starting at 7:30 we'll be playing a podcast of some of the best dance beats around! You're guaranteed to go home sore...from the great cardio workout, of course.
