Join Central Alabama Pride, Als on Seventh, Our Place and Quest Club as we celebrate Fat Tuesday, the 1 year anniversary of marriage equality in Alabama and the announcement of our 2016 PrideFest headliner! We will start the night at Al's with a celebration of all of the couples who tied the knot in 2015 with a beautiful celebration hosted by Al's. Then we will fire up the band and in the great New Orleans tradition follow them down (weather permitting) to Our Place to celebrate Fat Tuesday and the always anticipated Headliner announcement party! We will also in the tradition of Sunday's in New Orleans host a very special "Sunday Night Napkin toss and singalong, Fat Tuesday Edition". Prizes throughout the night for guesses of the headliner based on trivia questions/clues given via @Central_ALPride on Twitter! Don't forget to stop by the Magic City Acceptance Center and grab some pancakes in their drivethru before this night of fun and excitement! And why stop there?!? Continue your night with a stop for the late party at The Quest with a special show for Pride! Fat Tuesday 2016 will truly be a Bourbon Street style bar crawl through Birminghams little "Gayborhood"!
