Marigold is thrilled to be a part of the Cape Town Street Food Fest 2016 where we will dish up authentic Indian street foods pavement-style alongside with scores of other street cuisines to the 7000 foodies expected to join. The festival features a food market of local talent and a conference geared towards food entrepreneurs with such industry speakers as Dinesh Patel, Georgia East, Alice Toich and Lufefe Nomjana. It all takes place in Cape Town at Side Street Studios, Woodstock, Sunday 4 September. Preceding the market and conference will be special Indian-themed Street Food dinner designed by Studio H and created by Food Jammer chef Jade de Waal; the menu will be inspired by their travels through India as well as South Africa’s rich local Indian food heritage. The dinners will take place Friday 2 September in Cape Town Tickets to the Street Food Festival are available from quicket.co.za. Admission to the market is R50, the conference is R550 and the dinner is R400.
