October 22nd at Evolution Studios in Burbank! 12:00- 1:30- Showgirl Fan Dance Basics with Madeline Sinclaire: Learn to use on of the most elegant and glamorous props in Burlesque: Feather Fans! We'll go through all of the basic poses and movements then freestyle to close out the class! 10 spots avail for those WITHOUT fans of their own. 6 spots avail for those WHO HAVE THEIR OWN FANS of any type. Dress like you're going to a dance class- shoes optional. 1:30-3:00- VOGUE 101 with Tito Bonito: VOGUE 101 Learn the art and history of "voguing"! This introductory course covers the elements of voguing including posing, improvisation, levels, and even death drops. There is even a chance to "battle" your classmates! #Vogue101 aims at boosting each student's confidence for the next time you hit the dance floor! This workshop has been taught across the country including Miami, Chicago, LA, Pittsburgh, Oklahoma, San Diego, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and, most notably, in Seattle at BurlyCon 2015. - Bring comfortable clothing and shoes and a positive attitude. - Minimal dance experience needed. $30 per class or $50 to take both!
