A few folks are headed to New Orleans for the debauchery that is known as Southern Decadence. Cheap 24hr booze, amazing food, and hot dudes of all types. What could go wrong? For those that are hearing about this just now through this invite, let me know if you've got questions or want more info on what the event is. It's a rad time, and NOLA is a fun mess of a city. Hope you can join! This is an event post to keep a dialogue going, invite friends, etc. If you're on this invite list, you're either already planning on going, you've expressed interest, or you would otherwise be chill/fun to travel with. Feel free to extend the invite with that in mind; I know I've forgotten a bunch of people. Some of us already have our flights and hotels booked (see below), but we can shuffle lodging around if a sweet house pops up. Hotel: Omni Royal, New Orleans 621 St Louis St, New Orleans, LA 70130 - The advantage to staying here is that it's a great location, and the hotel hosts trashy pool parties that require you to be staying there for admission. I believe everyone that has a reservation here (~6 of us) would be up for a big house setting, though, if the right thing came along.
