Where exactly
Rest area on each side of the road - the southbound area is better (heading towards Geneva) as it has a large park area and woods behind where you can wander off to. Beware that if you are on Swiss autoroute, you need a green vignette on your car windscreen. Rest areas are located between junctions 10 and 11 of the autoroute.
When to go
Busy afternoons and evenings - seems that every other guy there is looking for some fun! Fun can be had in the toliets, or into the woods at the back.
