The guide
Where exactly
Turn right off 355, and into the Fox chapel shopping Center. There's a sign letting you know it's there. Cross street: Rt.355 and Gunners Branch Rd.
Cruisiest spot: The sauna and steam room, located in the men's locker room, in the corner.
When to go
6a-11p. Mon-Sat. Best times: During the evening from 7-11p. The sauna and steam room are virtual ghost rooms, so lots of action is to be had.
Etiquette
Be careful, as the staff does periodic checks of the locker room.

Can you use that FitnessFirst if you have a membership to the one in Frederick? Yours sounds like more fun.

I'm new to the gym and would love some mutual relief after a long workout. Mornings, around 7, are good for me. Darnestown/North Potomac works too.
