Ritchie Highway exit off 695. In shopping center with Bowling Alley and Davids Bridal. Cross street: Near the MVA.
When to go
6am-11pm. Best times: Morings seem to be best. There are not many people there but most are gay/bi and looking.
Etiquette
The locker room, showers,and sauna. The freewight room is as well. The area upstairs outside of mens locker room.

Too bad I am not a member of Gold's Gym. I go to LA Fitness, but there isn't one close by where I just moved to 3 weeks ago! :-/
