Take I-5 North from Medford for about 15 minutes. The exit is clearly marked as "Rogue River Rest Stop". Take the exit, and follow the signs. (Turn right at the stop sign if you somehow miss the sign.)
Cruisiest spot: The restrooms and the grassy areas lining the river behind the rest stop.

Hang out near the in the bathroom, and make eye contact with men you're interested in. Someone will catch on. Also, follow the paths behind the bathrooms up and down along the river and bushes. Make eye contact with men you meet along the way.
