There are on ramps all throught Howard. The easiest is off of Cardinal Ln. Park on side street Cross street: Cardinal Lane.

Cruisiest spot: Many spots are good, mostly meet others by walking by.

When to go

Open anytime day or night. Best times: Best time is anytime between 12:00pm and dark. Dates open: 24/7

Etiquette

Eye contact, body language. If running slow down to a walk.

Nudity: You must find a good place to get off, or go somewhere else.

Safety

Go later, if you want to get off on the trail, less traffic. It is a new spot, for hookups, never seen a cop, but you never know.
