Parking garage cost to park. Top deck is full of activity. Afternoons, evening, etc. Weekend is free parking and full of activity. Guys sit in car with hard out. Other guys pull up beside you. They see , get out and , , etc. Best times: Afternoons, evening, after work, weekends.

Etiquette

Cops come thru sometimes. Never really mess with anyone. Cameras are dummy cameras to keep the kids from vandalizing the property.
