Public beach access/ parking lot. Restroom, very cruisy. Or even walking along the beach, you can find guys cruising for !

Where exactly

Just park in lot & head into the restroom! Cross street: West Beach Jetty

Cruisiest spot: Under the bridge, all the way out to the gulf. Always inside the restroom!

When to go

I think it is from 8 am till 11 pm. Best times: Early evening is the best, however the later it gets, the freakier it gets!!!

Etiquette

Just leave door unlocked, make eye contact or tap foot.

Safety

No lights under bridge. There are large rocks under there. Just be careful not to trip & break something! Just use caution. As with any cruising in public areas!
