I-80 94 can get off at Kennedy Ave south to first light, turn left and follow service road along walled barrier till you come to little parking area.

When to go

Winter months may be alittle too demanding early evenings best.

Etiquette

All sorts of guys occasionally drive by, police occasionally roll by as well, but you can't be seen from the paths

Nudity: I would think nudity would only be cool at night.

Safety

Some fishermen go in to fish and some families might visit so be careful.
