National Capital Building, Cruisy area
In the center of Havana is the old Capital building (like the Capital building in Washington DC). As the Cuban legislature does not use the building anymore it is a bit rundown (like all Havana).

The guide
Where exactly
The Capital building is one of the most visible in the city, no problem to find it. Stick to the side with the grad staircase.
Cruisiest spot: On the side that has the main entrance and grand staircase guys congregate at night to cruise and chat. There is a low decorative fence along the sidewalk and guys lean on it facing the sidewalk.
When to go
After dark.
Etiquette
Because the street lighting is so low, it is quite dark. You can stroll back and forth or take up a position. It is very cruisy. Mainly locals, not many rent boys. There are 'love hotels' nearby which rent for about $10 for an hour or two.
Safety
No problems, very safe.
