When to go
First shift 6pm to around 8 or 9 pm. Second shift comes in about 10 till dawn. Also very active 5am to 8am in the morning

First time trying this place out--I didn't leave disappointed. Seems to be the hottest spot in Hilo.

be there around 1:30-2:00! anyone wanna meet up? see u there...younger for younger middle age...no old

There are times when the place is busy; like lunch, and other times; like lunch when there's nobody crusing. Also, if you're looking for a younger local guy; 18-25, you'll either have to wait it out or take your chances as there are a few older white white guys all wanting the same. The park can get busy at night, just have to be careful as the local police know about the place and will cruise into the parking lot and sometimes get out and walk the park.
