Where exactly

From Elgin, east on Rt. 58 (Golf Road) to Rt. 59. Turn north on Rt. 59(Sutton Road). It will be about half a mile on Rt. 59, just before Shoe Factory Road, on the west side. Or, about 1/2 of a mile south of I-90, just past Shoe Factory Road, on the west side.

When to go

Dawn until dusk. Around noon, after work and about one hour before closing.

Etiquette

Except for the winter, either walk one of the paths or watch from your car and then follow someone. Cruisiest Spot: Any of the path areas toward the back. During the winter, there is activity in the cars and vans.
