From Dorking Rd, turn to Warnham and the Fitness Centre is on your right in front of the new sets of flats.
When to go
Open all day of the week with various times. Best time to stay in the sauna is after 6:00 pm, no much attendance during off peak.
Etiquette
All ages, but loads of weight lifters but don't use the sauna anyway. Younger guys just have shower - with glass doors, so a nice view is always available. Good warning as the sauna is inside the men's changing room, you can hear if someone is coming in.
Nudity: Alright to get naked.
Safety
